    Client provides us with the positions they are looking to fill. We recruit, screen, and then short list applicants. Client has the option of conducting final interviewing themselves or can choose to let us hire for them based on their requirements.
  • Workload
    Staff works full time for client and take on no other projects or tasks. Client is responsible for delegating all tasks and monitoring all employee activity.
  • Pricing
    Monthly staffing cost varies based on the individual salary requirements of each employee and size of the team. Lowest possible hourly rates, but highest total monthly staffing cost.
  • Hybrid

    Staff is already in place. Client does not need to send in any requirements or be responsible for any aspect of hiring.
  • Workload
    Client chooses a monthly staffing cost and we will work within this budget. Staff rotates between all AOC clients. Hybrid staffing can best be described as an employee subscription service.

    Requires a monthly commitment. Middle tier hourly rates and lower total monthly staffing cost.

    Client chooses to be billed under the Hybrid hourly model or a fixed price total.
  • Pricing
    Hourly model requires a minimum monthly spend. Fixed price requires 50% down payment before project is started. Remaining 50% to be paid upon project completion.

    Requires no monthly commitment. Client can send in any amount of work or no work at all.
