BarnDoorz had a beautiful product line but an online experience that did not fully reflect the craftsmanship or quality of their brand. Navigation felt dated, category structure made browsing difficult, and key product pages lacked the visual storytelling needed to convert shoppers who were exploring premium, design focused doors. After years of incremental adjustments, they needed a strategic UX/UI overhaul to modernize the experience, improve conversion flow, and unify their brand presentation across devices.

Our Approach
We began with a UX/CRO audit to identify friction across navigation, product discovery, and mobile layouts. From there, our design team created a full set of high fidelity mockups for the homepage, category templates, product pages, About Us, and Contact pages. We enhanced imagery, tightened content hierarchy, and improved the flow from inspiration to purchase.
Development focused on implementing the new layouts within the Cornerstone framework, optimizing load performance, improving mobile responsiveness, and integrating social media feeds and video content. We also updated transactional email templates and completed full QA testing to ensure a consistent and polished user experience before launch.

Outcome
This comprehensive UI/UX redesign is projected to elevate the online presence of BarnDoorz. Implementing a unified yet brand-distinct design across key website pages anticipates an increase in conversion rates, driven by a more intuitive user experience and compelling product presentation. This project modernizes the BarnDoorz website and solidifies their position as a leader in their segment.
