The existing theme was outdated, navigation was cluttered, and product discovery required too many steps, creating friction for mission-driven customers looking to design banners quickly. They spent months vetting a total of ten BigCommerce agencies, but most offered overpriced retainers, rigid scopes, or lacked the understanding needed for a faith-centered, service-oriented brand. What they truly needed was an ongoing partner who could redesign the site, manage SEO/GEO and email, and continue optimizing month after month instead of delivering a one-off project.
AOC became the clear choice: strategic, accessible, conversion-driven, and committed to ongoing partnership.

Our Approach
We began with a full UX/CRO audit to identify where users stalled across navigation, homepage structure, categories, and CTAs. Then we upgraded them to the latest Cornerstone theme and rebuilt key pages with clearer hierarchy, simplified product discovery, and improved mobile behavior. Parallel to the redesign, we executed ongoing SEO/GEO improvements, technical cleanup, metadata updates, and authoritative backlink building. We also rebuilt key email flows to support cart recovery and nurture. All work was delivered under our Monthly Service Model, ensuring continual monitoring, improvements, and proactive recommendations.

ChurchBanners.com now has a modern, intuitive BigCommerce store that better reflects their mission, improves browsing across all devices, and drives higher engagement and conversions. Backed by ongoing CRO, SEO/GEO, and email optimization, the site continues to evolve monthly.
