Their ShipperHQ setup had become too limited, missing new suburbs and postcodes necessary for growth. They also required a precise weekly cutoff time to manage order fulfillment accurately. Rather than rebuild their system, they wanted expert optimization that preserved their existing structure while making it far more scalable.

We updated their ShipperHQ architecture by integrating the full list of new suburbs and postcodes into the Delivery Area Suburb Checker, ensuring accurate validation during checkout. Our team then configured and implemented a weekly delivery cutoff, followed by continuous testing across multiple days to confirm logic accuracy and prevent edge-case failures. Throughout the process, we preserved the client’s preferred workflows while strengthening the system for long-term scalability.
