$200 per hour. Minimum 10 hour retainer.

If I choose to use HubStaff tasks does this mean I can't email in questions or tasks?
No. You can still send in emails if you prefer.
We have our own project management app. Can Always Open Commerce use ours instead of HubStaff Tasks?
This is determined on a case by case basis.
If I choose to work with HubStaff Tasks or Project Manager, can I still use an Account Manager?
Yes. If you need assistance beyond just day to day tasks then our Account Manager is available as an add on service.
Can I change between the different options?
Yes. You are not locked into any contact method, so you can change at anytime.
Are there any additional fees for using HubStaff Tasks?
No. We incur a fee per use, but there is no additional charge for our clients.
What does responses are available but not guaranteed mean?
The technical team is incentivized to reply to inquiries during US hours. If you submit an inquiry at 8am ET, there is a good chance you will receive a response right away. If you submit an inquiry at 1pm ET, then a response will not come until after 8pm ET.
