The Free Range Butcher approached us at Always Open Commerce with a request to update their delivery system, broadening their reach by incorporating additional suburbs and postcodes. This initiative enhances accessibility for an extended customer base, significantly uplifting overall customer satisfaction. They also asked to add a cut off on deliveries by scheduling it on Wednesdays at 11:59pm.

How we did it

We gathered the latest lists of suburbs and postcodes before seamlessly integrating them into the Delivery Area Suburb Checker. After integrating a delivery cut-off, it was tested every day until the end of the week to rigorously monitor and evaluate its functionality. We were able to fine-tune the system for a seamless execution of The Free Range Butcher’s expanded offerings. Our goal was clear—create a streamlined process that maintains the integrity of their existing ShipperHQ system.
