Their backstory

Nearly 25 years ago, CWR’s Dr. Speiser realized that a multi-stage filtration equipment was the most effective way to purify tap water. Doing this has helped in addressing contaminated groundwater tables, which increased the risk of cancer from drinking water. Today, they provide advanced filtration systems to over 150 international customer bases, for home and commercial use.

CWR has since been known as the most reliable leader in offering a highly effective filter system to those with special health disorders, like cancer, compromised immune system, and multiple chemical sensitivities. Their product is recommended by leading environmental doctors, nutritionists, and holistic M.D.’s throughout the United States.

What they asked

CWR was using Magento 1 and asked us to redesign their homepage. We would then carry on accomplishing minor tasks like banner creation and installing extensions. They also requested help with server maintenance. These frequent server issues made them migrate to BigCommerce for its reliability and management.

CWR then wanted help with website migration, designing and development. They chose BigCommerce for its flexibility, easy navigation, and less expensive maintenance. Since migrating, the company has less downtime, improved ui/ux design, and increased sales.
