Our goal for this e-commerce store include

Design
Trophy Outlet approached us to elevate and improve the UI/UX and overall site performance of their BigCommerce store. They wanted a modern, intuitive online experience that looks great and functions seamlessly. This enhances customer satisfaction and encourages conversions.
We started with foundational designs for the improved website. The Homepage was redesigned and developed to be appealing and effective for sales, making the search bar and products stand out for easy browsing. More categories were added and linked to the necessary pages for a stronger SEO foundation. At the same time, new designs were created for other key pages, including the Category Page, About Us Page, and Contact Us Page.
In the development phase, we started building out the pages with their new functionalities. The Product pages were redesigned and developed to offer a more transparent and intuitive user experience. We added preview pages, optimized button placements, and displayed accurate pricing. To help customers through the checkout process, we added a progress bar to show how long the process takes. We also set up and updated the Bulk Pricing feature to streamline the experience.
We developed back-end functionality and client-editable features to allow future updates. New email templates were designed for abandoned carts, account creation, and password resets, including coupon integrations to help recover lost sales.
