The Specialized Need
Flyers ASAP needed to move its BigCommerce storefront from the legacy Classic Next Light theme on the Blueprint framework to the Stencil framework without turning the work into a full visual redesign. The approved source identifies an existing Clash Graphics theme implementation as the reference for the duplication approach, making the engagement a specific framework-upgrade and theme-transfer project rather than a standard ecommerce rebuild.

Requirements & Constraints
The project centered on preserving the existing storefront experience while changing the underlying theme framework:
Migrate from the Blueprint framework to the Stencil framework.
Use the documented Clash Graphics theme implementation as the duplication reference while retaining the intended Flyers ASAP design.
Retain existing site content and functionality.
Transfer the documented CSS files, JavaScript functionality, and static media assets.
Maintain site performance and stability in the Stencil environment.
Custom Solution
The approved approach used a streamlined theme duplication and framework-upgrade process. Rather than redesigning the storefront, the work focused on reproducing the existing theme structure in Stencil and transferring the documented content, functionality, styles, scripts, and media required

Outcome
The theme was moved to the Stencil framework while retaining the existing design approach, content, and functionality included in the project. The result was a framework upgrade and theme-transfer solution tailored to the storefront's specific technical requirement rather than a full redesign.
