Performance Max
Account Baseline
A premium moto apparel brand was running paid media across Meta Ads, Google Search, Google Shopping, and Google Performance Max with a base monthly budget of approximately $15,000. The account had room to scale, but the existing structure blended EU and U.S. performance together, making it difficult to understand which market, channel, creative theme, and product category deserved more investment.
The goal was to improve efficiency without relying on aggressive spend increases. The account needed clearer regional reporting, stronger creative testing, better audience quality, and a paid media structure that could support seasonal demand across two different markets.

Growth Constraints
The paid media program was already active across major acquisition channels, but the structure was limiting the account's ability to scale profitably. Regional performance, creative resonance, and customer intent were being blended together, which made it harder to see where budget was working and where it was being wasted.
A single global campaign structure blended EU and U.S. data, masking differences in media costs, average order values, riding seasons, conversion behavior, and creative performance.
Creative testing was limited to one or two visual themes, mostly product-on-white and lifestyle shots, with no consistent framework for testing angles that motivate motorcycle enthusiasts.
The lean $15K/month budget left little room for waste. Volume scaling was not the right lever, so the account needed better efficiency, sharper audience quality, and stronger creative performance.
Regional riding seasons did not align. EU demand peaked roughly March through September, while the U.S. had a broader April through October window, causing the unified pacing calendar to misallocate budget.
Audience targeting leaned too heavily on broad men's fashion, which diluted reach quality and brought in lower-intent browsers instead of higher-intent moto apparel buyers.
Paid Media Strategy
Improve blended ROAS across Meta Ads and Google Ads while keeping monthly spend controlled.
Separate EU and U.S. market performance so budget decisions could be based on cleaner regional data.
Build a more systematic creative testing process for motorcycle-specific buying motivations.
Match creative angles to product categories instead of using one broad creative approach across the full catalog.
Replace broad men's fashion targeting with more relevant motorcycle enthusiast audiences and higher-quality lookalikes.
Use Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max to capture bottom-funnel demand that Meta could not reach alone.

Campaign & Channel Buildout
The paid ads work centered on separating what had been blended together: regions, audiences, product categories, creative themes, and channel roles. With a lean budget, the account could not depend on spend alone to grow. It needed a cleaner structure and a more disciplined testing process.
The available spend was allocated more deliberately across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Each change was intended to clarify performance, improve audience fit, and support measured scaling across regional demand windows.
