Why the Migration
Venabulum needed to move from WooCommerce to BigCommerce as the existing environment became harder to manage while the catalog, customer base, and order volume grew. The new platform needed to support day-to-day operations, preserve critical business data, and provide a foundation for the brand’s next design and marketing phase.
