Account Baseline
A premium infrared panel manufacturer was running paid media across home, commercial, and yoga studio markets at the same time. The account had real opportunity, but the campaign structure and messaging were too spread out to build strong momentum in any single segment.
The goal was to focus the paid ads program around the highest-value B2B opportunity: yoga studios. By narrowing the audience, clarifying each channel's role, and building vertical-specific messaging, the program was able to generate more qualified B2B leads while creating a clearer connection between paid awareness, branded search, and direct demand.

Growth Constraints
The brand was investing in paid media, but the account was trying to speak to too many markets at once. Homeowners, commercial buyers, and yoga studio operators all had different needs, different buying intent, and different sales value, yet the campaign structure did not clearly prioritize the most valuable path.
Campaign budget and creative were stretched across home, commercial, and yoga studio markets, which diluted the message and made it difficult to build deep funnel expertise in one segment.
Meta Ads and Google Search were both being used for awareness and conversion, which created channel overlap and made attribution harder to read.
Broad keyword and audience targeting attracted unqualified homeowners, DIY users, and residential browsers alongside real B2B prospects, increasing wasted sales follow-up.
Creative was mostly product-focused, emphasizing heating specs and energy efficiency instead of speaking to yoga studio owners about class experience, comfort, and retention.
The team did not have a clear way to measure the brand-search and organic demand created by Meta awareness activity.
Paid Media Strategy
Increase qualified B2B lead volume without spreading the budget across too many unrelated markets.
Shift the paid ads strategy toward yoga studios as the clearest high-value vertical.
Define separate funnel roles for Meta Ads and Google Search.
Reduce unqualified residential and DIY leads that wasted sales team time.
Build messaging around the real decision factors for yoga studio owners and operators.
Track the downstream organic and branded-search impact of paid awareness activity.

Campaign & Channel Buildout
The program moved away from serving three different markets with one small budget and concentrated on the segment with the clearest commercial opportunity: yoga studios. That decision gave audience, keyword, creative, and sales qualification work a single B2B focus.
Meta Ads and Google Search were assigned distinct roles. Meta supported education and demand creation for yoga studio operators, while Google Search captured active intent from prospects already looking for infrared or hot yoga heating solutions.
